WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT
This course is oriented to those people who want to domain the techniques to design and manage business process Workflows. In this course, the students, first, explore the Workflow Manager tool functionalities, to then apply the Workflow abilities using the Workflow Server method. Additionally, some topics are covered such as the e-mail notification modification, cleaning and problem solving in the Workflows execution. Student’s manual in English.

Student’s requirements:EMC-Documentum technical fundamentals course, expertise on business process reengineering and design, familiarity with DFC (desireable).

Module 1: Workflow general overview.
Module 2a: Workflow design, Part 1.
Module 2b: Workflow design, Part 2.
Module 3: Workflow execution.
Module 4: Workflow Server methods.
Module 5: Administrative tasks.
Module 6: Troubleshooting.
Laboratory: A practical session for the theoretical module.
