Its a basic level course designed for final users of the eRoom collaborative tool who want to know and learn how to use all the functionalities offered by the product. The course is dictated in pure customer and enterprise customer versions for those customers with eRoom integrated to EMC - Documentum. The course is dictated in Spanish and manuals in English and Spanish are handed in.

To start a session, browse and use the eRoom interface.
To create eRoom items.
To learn how to carry out a follow up of the information, share files, change the Access permits to the different items.
To use the Project Plan.
To perform searches.
To learn how to use the eRoom intercommunication, use the monitor and Access the eRoom Enterprise.
To create routing and templates items, add/invite and delete users, parameterization (for coordinators).
To know the best practices to use the eRoom.
