BPM AND FORMS BUILDER
This course introduce the student to the Business process manager (BPM), Business Process Services (BPS) and Forms Builder functionalities.
BPM is used to create and process templates that allow to model the business processes in real time.
BPS provides the APIs that can be used to extend the business processes beyond the company’s frontier. These allow an EMC - Documentum management process reacts in front of triggers and events from the systems or external users sending or receiving messages.
Forms Builder is used to create web forms templates these can be associated to business processes used to process data contained in them.
During the course, the student will use the basic BPM functionalities including activity “templates”, tasks queues, workflow server methods, automatic transitions and customize mails for events notifications. Likewise, it will use and configure BPS in and out formats. Form Builder will be used to design forms with various controls, data mapping to customize objects and adaptors configuration that allows connecting the form to several externally define routines that execute specific tasks, like the start up for example, providing value assistance or post-submission actions.
