SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION I FOR EMC - DOCUMENTUM 5

This course provides a solid knowledge about the fundamental administrative functions of the EMC-Documentum platform. The participants will learn how to install, configure and perform basic administration tasks in the Content Server 5.3, through the EMC-Documentum Administrator interface. This course is specially recommended for the system administrators and the responsible of the applications and projects developed over EMC - Documentum. Student’s manual in English.

Duration: 2 days (16 hrs.)

Student’s requirements:
Technical Fundamentals or equivalent.

Familiar with DQL

Expected achievements:
Update Content server to version 5.

Install EMC - Documentum Administrator 5.

Practice managing tasks using EMC - Documentum Manager.

Analyze how the tomcat application server integrates itself with EMC – Documentum.
