Title: CITAAD (Information and Document management centre) Document management.

Problem: Document loss, inefficient query process, process delay, difficulty in the critical process management with hundreds of thousands documents of different types: accountables, legal, electronic format contracts through Intranet. Difficulty to control the Access permits to the information according to the profiles.

Requirement: Intranet environment system which allows the publishing and viewing of the corporate documents in an agile and friendly interfase. Customized document deployment abilities are required according to the user’s profiles and roles. Suitable search engines for the different process to be managed. First stage: 500,000 documents in TIF and PDF format.
