Enterprises join together to face the biggest EMC – Documentum implantation in the continent.

SANTIAGO, January, 2001. EMC - Documentum, Inc. ny Puntocom S.A. have signed an collaboration agreement to plan, program and develop the EMC – Documentum platform implantation recently acquired by (PDVSA).

This implantation will set itself up in the biggest Latin America and involves more than 10,000 EMC-Document, massive data and document migration from legacy systems, high capacity scanning lines, SAP and Lotus Notes integration, Autocad and Microstation integration, training among other activities.

The companies has given themselves 6 months deadline to form, together with the customer, a list of projects leading to platform start up and specific business solutions.
