BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The company Puntocom S.A. has developed, by request of Xerox Chile S.A, a solution for storage, distribution and online electronic invoices and other ETDs query in a safely manner and with high reliability and availability.

The developed solution has allowed the implementation of the new service for companies which are joining the electronic invoicing system, under the SII standard.

Now, the company can store all its electronic invoices in a centralized repository which will allow the management of these documents to add value to its critical processes allowing a safe and customized Access together with suitable multiple search, distribution, printing and report functions.

The solution has been developed with high quality technology, outstanding the EMC Documentum system as main component which allow assuring the system robustness, scalability, security and reliability for this critical information management.

The model consists on a document repository parameterized for XML format ETDs management which includes a massive load engine in Web environment, adding presentation logic in different formats for the paper printing, automated electronic distribution and notification to the customers of the companies registered in the system.
